What version of ‘fame’ are we chasing? More importantly, why are we chasing it?
What’s the goal? What meaning are we attaching to our narrative?
If we ever get to where our actions are pointing us, will the destination serve us?
Fame for fame’s sake is an empty ambition. Follows and likes are meaningless metrics for us to obsess on. There are better ways to spend our energy.
Fame coming as an indirect result of trying to leave positive change in the world might not be so empty. In fact, that could be extremely meaningful.
