Let go of what does not serve you.

 

Recognise the transient nature of our lives.

 

Breathe.  Deep inhale.  Hold.  Full exhale. Repeat.

 

Embrace lightness.  Be light.

 

Use movement as medicine for the body, for the mind, for the soul.  Seeking stillness through motion.
