Too often in life we complicate.  We add.  We chase more.

 

We assume hard should be our default state.

 

But what if there were another way?

 

What if we simplified?

 

What if we stripped back?

 

Diminished Returns

Hard work can be the answer.  It often is.  But it’s only one answer.  At a certain point, more hard work is just hard work.  More complication will just make things more complicated.  More of the same is likely to lead to the same results.

 

There is a threshold of diminished returns on everything we do.  That ceiling is often lower than we think.

 

So, instead of always seeking hard.

 

What would things look like if they were easier?

 

How can we be motivated to achieve without burning ourselves out?

 

How can we navigate the world with clear direction, focus and poise?

 

How can we make space to go slow and reset but still meet our own benchmarks for success?

 

How can we move with ease and grace?
