Things to Leave Behind

  • Anger
  • Resentment
  • Regret
  • Comparisons
  • Chasing more (for the sake of more)
  • Envy
  • Excuses
  • Waiting for permission to chase our goals and dreams
  • Disquiet
  • The inner critic
  • Debt
  • Toxic relationships
  • Bad energy

 

None of these states will serve us.  None of them will help us be our best selves.  So, we must learn to rise above them.

 

Does that mean we never feel their uncomfortable, but persistent, pull?  Of course not, we are human after all.

 

But we must learn to move past them.  Trying our best to leave them where they belong, behind us.
