Let It Go

“There are things you’ve been hanging on to that really are not useful and deprive you of your freedom. Find the courage to let them go.”

Thich Nhat Hanh

The need to always be right – let it go.

Dogma, the arrogance of ‘right way’ thinking – let it go.

The need to try to assert control – let it go.

Hiding behind excuses – let it go.

The need to incessantly tell others what you think and feel – let it go.

Chasing more than you need.

Filling your home with clutter that never gets used.

Attachments.

Chasing fake gurus who claim to have all the answers.

The toxic gossip.

The negativity.

The judging of others.

The self-imposed shackles of your inner critic.

Let it all go.  Begin again.
